INGREDIENTS: Brussels Sprouts, sliced thinly Pears, cut into small chunks Manchego cheese, grated Bacon pieces Pomegranate seeds Pecans, toasted Dressing Maple syrup Balsamic Vinegar EVOO Shallots S&P METHOD: Cut off top of apple and scoop out middle with a melon baller or knife. Did any of you see my easy Croque Madam on Fox? It’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! INGREDIENTS: Prepared hollandaise sauce (Trader Joes) Gruyere or Swiss cheese, grated Brioche or Challah bread, toasted Ham, thinly sliced Eggs S&P METHOD: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cook poached or sunny side up eggs. Set aside. Place toast on a work surface and spread each piece with sauce. Cover sauce with cheese, a slice of ham. Top each sandwich with another piece of toast. Spread each sandwich with more sauce and sprinkle evenly with remaining grated cheese. Place sandwiches on prepared baking sheet, and bake until heated through, about 5 minutes. Add fried or poached egg on top of sandwich. Transfer baking sheet to broiler and broil until golden brown and bubbly. ETC. Making eggs for a crowd? Cook eggs (slightly undercooked) and put on cookie sheet. Before serving warm through and serve.
