My personal favorite: Valentine Monkey Bread 💕 Cut flaky biscuits into quarters. Toss all quarters in sugar. Put 4 quarters in a sprayed muffin tin and cook until slightly turning brown (10-15 min). Mardi Gras 💜💚and this easy (naughty) recipe for with Praline Sauce go hand in hand! 1 package flaky biscuits 1 C butter flavor shortening, for frying 8 tablespoons butter 1 C dark brown sugar, packed 3 Tb milk 1 tsp vanilla 1⁄4 C toasted pecans, chopped Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and whisk until sugar melts and mixture begins to boil, about 5 minutes. Stir in milk, vanilla, and pecans until smooth. Set aside. Separate biscuits and cut into fourths. In heavy bottomed skillet, melt the shortening over medium heat. Fry biscuit quarters in batches until golden on each side (this will take 30 seconds or so so watch and flip quickly. Dust generously with powdered sugar and serve with sauce. You can also reheat before serving if not eating right away.

Italian grilled cheese for a snowy day and the leftovers make for a perfect breakfast with a fried egg on top! 1 loaf sliced sourdough bread Prosciutto, thinly sliced Salami, sliced thinly Pesto Olive Tapenade Roasted tomatoes or Sun Dried tomato Fontina or Provolone cheese, thinly sliced Mozzarella or Burrata, thickly sliced Arugula Pepperoncinis, sliced EVOO Preheat a grill-pan over medium-high heat. Spread one side of bread with pesto. Layer Fontina, prosciutto, tapenade, Salami, tomatoes, Pepperoncinis, arugula; end with mozzarella. Top with remaining bread. Brush top and bottom of the sandwich with olive oil. Place on grill pan and put a heavy skillet over sandwich to push it down (like a panini press). Grill 3 to 4 minutes on first side, turn, weigh down on other side, and continue cooking until sandwich is golden and cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes.

Vanilla • 2 cup smoked Bacon, diced Turn Traeger to smoke then Increase the temperature to 250 F and preheat. In a saucepan, bring to a boil brown sugar, butter and syrup. Boil at a slow boil for 5 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and add baking soda, salt, vanilla and bacon to the mixture. Stir until well combined. Pour over popcorn and toss. My latest obsession is all things French toast. Buy your favorite loaf cake (think banana nut, carrot cake..) dip in French toast mixture (eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla) and put on a griddle. You may have to finish it off in the oven depending on how thick you cut the slices, I like them thick. For cream cheese syrup mix- pure maple syrup and warmed cream cheese.
