CHIA PUDDING
1/4 Chia seeds
1 C of your favorite milk (almond or coconut)
1 C of your favorite yogurt (Chobani plain 0%)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Dash of Maple syrup
Dash of Salt
Cover and refrigerate mixture for a couple of hours.
PEACH SMOOTHIE- blend
1 banana
2 peaches
Frozen berries
Handful of spinach
Almond milk
Ice
Layer chia pudding, smoothie, and chopped peaches!
