As you probably know by now, I’m obsessed with Sriracha anything but especially Sriracha salt. The great news is you can make your own at home!
Ingredients:
1/2 C kosher salt
5 tsp Sriracha
Method:
Mix salt and Sriracha until completely combined. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spread the Sriracha salt out thinly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put the baking sheet in the oven and turn off the heat immediately. Allow the salt to sit in the residual heat until completely dry. The drying time can vary greatly but it usually ranges from 2 to 3 hours. Store in air tight container.
