Apple Cream Mocktail

Apple Cream Mocktails are perfect for watching football this weekend. The best part is the chocolate covered apple slice! 2 parts cream (or diet) cream soda 1 part Apple Cider (Trader Joes’s is the best) Mint leaves Apple, sliced White Chocolate Cinnamon Sugar Seep Apple cider with mint overnight. Mix with Cream Soda and ice. Slice Apple. Dip skin side in melted white chocolate then dip in cinnamon sugar mixture. Refrigerate before serving. ETC. The best way to keep your apple slices from turning brown is to soak them in cold salt water. Rinse and they’ll never turn brown!

Grapefruit, Rosemary, and Sage Mocktail

This drink has the perfect balance of tart, sweet, and a hint of herb that would be perfect for Thanksgiving or the holidays. Mix fresh grapefruit juice, rosemary sage simple syrup, lime juice, and sparkling water. *Simple syrup is equal parts water and sugar brought to a boil. After it’s combined take off the heat and add rosemary sprigs and fresh sage leaves for about 10 minutes. Take out herbs and let chill.

Blood Orange and Basil Mocktail

Prepping for my big Christmas Soirée this weekend, and can’t wait to serve this mouth watering mocktail! Muddle – Thai basil in glass or pitcher with ice Add -fresh blood orange juice and simple syrup (amounts will vary depending on your preference of sweetness. I don’t like it very sweet so I do 1/2 – 1/4 the amount of simple syrup to orange juice). Pineapple and Mango Spritzers

Playing bartender with 3 out of the 4 of my girls. We’re non drinkers but still love fancy glasses and fun drinks! With so much fresh fruit in Costa Rica we came up with some delicious concoctions. Sparkling water Lime juice Chunks of Mango Chunks of Pineapple Mint The key to good flavor is adding fruit, lime, mint, and ice first and “muddling it”. That means crushing it all together to get all the yummy flavors out. Then top with sparkling water. We all drink these fun drinks in the summer but I say get out your fancy glasses and bring a little summer today!

Mint, Cucumber, and Lime Spritzer

One of my favorite refreshing low-cal drinks to serve at parties. I think it just screams SPRINGTIME! Combine and muddle together (mash together with a wooden spoon to get all the flavors out). Mint leaves Cucumber, sliced Fresh squeezed lime juice Next you can add what you like: Club soda Sparkling water Fresca 1/2 Can frozen limeade concentrate Let this sit for an hour or two before serving. Personally I like sparkling water or club soda but for parties I’ll add Fresca and/or limeade concentrate to sweeten it up. Before serving add a lot of ice and enjoy!

Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie & Ice Pear Mint Smoothie

Not getting up from this lounge all day today. I have to share two amazing smoothies I love here. I asked the bartender and they gave me the recipe! If you love something at a restaurant just ask, more then not they’ll tell you how to prepare it.
