My kids ask for Popsicles ten times a day in the summer so Popsicles for breakfast are a big hit around here. And if you can’t tell, we’re in full 4th of July swing over here. Mix: 0% Greek vanilla yogurt Plain Greek yogurt A swirl of lemon curd Raspberries and blueberries Freeze and surprise your kids with Popsicles tomorrow morning! ETC. This is my favorite way to eat yogurt without the Popsicle Add granola in your mold Use any berries or yogurt you have on hand.

Thanks for the shout out @gparrish I’m amazed by your creativity, photography, and amazing Mama skills. What’s so great is that we all have different talents and get to share them with the people we love. Now, onto Root Beer Float Pops Fill your Popsicle mold 1/3 full of melted vanilla ice cream. Freeze for a couple of hours. After ice cream freezes, fill with Root Beer and top with one more scoop of ice cream. Freeze overnight! ETC. Use your favorite soda or juice and your favorite ice cream or sorbet. Mix and match! My favorite Popsicle mold is the Norpro Ice Pop Maker sold on Amazon
