Look Up!

I’ve been going to the temple a lot this year.

Because where else do you go when you need peace + Jesus?

I always arrive hoping for a word, phrase, or inspired thought to hold onto.

This week it wasn’t complicated.

It was simply:

Look up.
Look up to Me.
Look up to heaven.
Look up into the faces you love.

Look up from the phone that keeps you bowed—busy, distracted, pulled under.

And don’t stop.
