Put down the phone and live in the moment

Jeremy caught me through the window “talking” to my phone yesterday. I realized how lonely it looked and actually is!

Social media can feel so big and busy, but when you strip it down, it’s just a girl and her phone. And honestly, it is a solitary endeavor.

The magic isn’t in scrolling or posting—it’s in what happens when we step away from the screen. It’s in looking up, showing up, laughing with friends, sitting with family, moving our bodies, and connecting face-to-face.

There is nothing on our phones more important than real connection, real relationships, real life. I hope this next school year we can make it a goal to stop consuming so much and start CREATING + CONNECTING! I promise to provide as many real life gatherings as I can so we can live, lift, and love each other IRL! 🫶🏻
